How to remove the internal limitations that prevent you from getting what you do in any area? What you cannot get is separated from you only by limiting beliefs. But you may not be aware of them. They are in the depths of your psyche and quietly poison your existence. To detect them, you need to do a simple exercise: Imagine what you want. What makes you happy, bright emotions, what you want with all your heart, but just can’t get. Increase what is presented by 10 times. Are you afraid of your own courage to dream about this? Excellent. Move mentally back in time to the moment when you have already received everything presented. Read the entire response that arises from these thoughts: what are your bodily sensations, how does your mood change, what thoughts and images come to mind. This exercise can highlight everyone demons living in the depths of your psyche. For example, you may hear the following words: Big money - big risks! or Money is evil and dirty! It is better to perform this exercise with an operator who will not allow you to choke on emotions and will be able to direct your gaze to important points that you yourself may miss (for example, with a psychologist). But you can do it alone. Next, you can destroy the negative beliefs that you have discovered. One way is to ask clarifying questions. You have found the limiting belief “money is evil”. Ask yourself - who told you this? Perhaps it was your mother. Then ask yourself who told her this. It was her mother. And so on until it turns out that this belief is absolute nonsense. If your body reacts with strong impulses - spasms in the throat or a desire to pull your head into your shoulders - you need to forcefully increase this impulse and perform the action at maximum degrees.Tighten the ligaments or raise your shoulders as much as you can. And then you may realize why you are doing this. For example, you may hide your head in your shoulders out of fear, as if before a blow. Your throat may tighten from the prohibition of having your own voice, of expressing yourself - you are not allowed to speak. You may not be able to remember in what situations such a reaction to this belief arose. Then you need to use the language of metaphors. You raise your shoulders, what does that look like? It's like someone is hitting you. You must experience the emotions associated with this state and metaphor. Live and be free. Metaphors can help if the origins of the phenomenon are not clear and there seems to be nothing connected with it in your life. Metaphors help work with irrational states. Ask yourself, when experiencing some bright, difficult feelings: What does this feel like? Perhaps your answer will be like this: If I get something that is prohibited, it’s as if I’ll be kicked out onto the street and I’ll be left all alone. I will die from hunger and cold. Then you have to ask yourself, what, purely theoretically, could be done in this situation? There are a lot of options: build your own house, find people willing to let you into your home, feed and warm you, or find an empty home. No matter how difficult these challenges are, they are real. And they can take you out of the feeling that the metaphor describes. Some metaphors describe conditions that seem to be impossible to do anything about. For example: I am like a tree broken by a storm. I am dying. If, as you think, this tree cannot be cured in any way - tires and fertilizers will not help, then you need to change the object of the metaphor, and then its properties. For example: Now I am not a tree, I am broken iron. I don't feel so bad anymore. Iron can be straightened by blows, or it can be melted into something new, then there will be no damage. Iron can be tempered and will not be afraid of blows. Changing metaphors is a way to move your consciousness from the jungle of limiting beliefs to a more prosperous, brighter place.
