(About changes in the education system of Ukraine) And you know, I’m glad. I am glad that something is changing, and the Ministry of Education is listening to psychologists. For how many years, psychologists have been telling us that even if we decided to start learning at the age of 6 (and many parents send their children to school before they reach this age), then we need to take into account the characteristics of the child’s psyche, nervous system, and ability to control his emotions. Now a small student, will be in a more comfortable atmosphere for himself, because they will stop judging him and perhaps he will grow up to be a person free from the opinions of others, who will do his plans without regard to the opinions of others. Now the red aggressive paste will stop emphasizing mistakes, and perhaps a person will grow up who will allow himself to make mistakes and start over, allowing himself to live. The other side of the coin is the question of whether teachers are ready for such an education system. After all, now 30 (on average) people will come to their class practically prepared for writing, already reading and counting, but they need to start all over again. How to interest children, what’s new to tell? After all, 80 percent of children were trained in preschool institutions in mathematics, Russian and Ukrainian, and even many studied English, and now we write with a pencil, read syllables :) Well, well - we include creativity, creative abilities, love for children. And we are waiting for new projects from the Ministry of Education to add a teacher (for each class), a psychologist (at least for each parallel) to the staffing table of primary school workers and change, change for the benefit of our children and the future.
